PULSE ROUND FILTERS
The WP PR baghouse filter is designed for large industrial dust collection applications. This filter includes a clean-air section, bag section, inlet section, cone section, support structure and ladder with maintenance platform. This style of filter is a primary dust collector with the bag or cartridge section between the inlet and clean-air sections. Dust enters the filter, most of it is discharged out the bottom of the filter, some dust does travel into the bag section. Compressed air pulses the bags or cartridges which allows the dust caked on the outside of each bag to fall out the bottom of the filter.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
FILTER SIZES: 30 – 558
Mild steel construction in clean-air section, bag section, inlet section and cone section
Cone includes inspection door
Tangential rectangular inlet. Transition required from rectangular to round
Round body for cyclonic material separation
Walk in clean air plenum for easy bag change access
Maintenance platform large enough for two (2) people
Maintenance door includes limit switch.
Top load bags with snap band top.
Galvanized cages with split design.
External compressed air manifold.
Cleaning system includes valves and blow tubes mounted inside filter.
Exterior Control Panel with continuous mode cleaning, differential pressure transmitter and cleaning controls.
High temperature detection inside clean section of filter is optional.
Deluge nozzles in top of clean section are optional.
Certified explosion vent is strongly suggested if handling non-inert products. Material characteristics will indicate additional vent requirements and cost.
Standard industrial enamel paint.
Support structure designed for 84” of clearance below the cone flange.
Caged access ladder.
INDUSTRIAL REMOTE FILTER
The WP remote baghouse filter is built for large industrial dust collection applications and is attached to the ground. The remote or secondary baghouse does not have a cyclone section under the bag section. Air from the top of either an existing or new cyclone is directed to the baghouse filter on the ground which makes it easy to maintain. This secondary dust collector uses a reverse air fan for cleaning of the bags. The cleaning fan blows dust collected by the filter bags back to the primary cyclone.

PULSE – AIR FILTER
The Pulse-Air filter is designed for medium dust collection applications. This filter includes a clean-air section, bag section, inlet section, cone section, screw conveyor at bottom of cone on larger models, support structure and ladder with maintenance platform. This style of filter is a primary dust collector with the bag or section next to the inlet and below the clean-air section. Dust enters the filter, most of it is discharged out the bottom of the filter, some dust does travel into the bag section. Compressed air pulses the bags which allows the dust caked on the outside of each bag to fall out the bottom of the filter.

Mild steel construction in inlet section, bag section, hopper section and screw bottom.
Rectangular design.
Hopper section includes inspection door.
Rectangular inlet on side of filter.
Baffles between inlet and bag sections.

Bag change and maintenance on top of filter with access doors.
Handrailing on top of filter, caged access ladder to top of filter.
Top load bags with snap band top.
Galvanized cages with split design.
External compressed air manifold.
Cleaning system includes valves and blow tubes mounted inside filter.
Exterior Control Panel with continuous mode cleaning, differential pressure transmitter and cleaning controls
High temperature detection inside clean section of filter is optional.
Deluge nozzles in top of clean section are optional.
Certified explosion vent is strongly suggested if handling non-inert products. Material characteristics will indicate additional vent requirements and cost.
Standard industrial enamel paint.
